Your acceptance of these terms and conditions constitutes a legal agreement between you and Asia Images Group Pte Ltd (hereafter referred to as “AIG”). Please read this agreement in its entirety. Ownership of the site

This website is owned and operated by Asia Images Group. All material set forth, including all images, text, captions, and information (collectively referred to as “Content”), is the property of AIG and its contributors. All elements of this site, including, but not limited to, Content and design of the site itself, are protected by trademark, copyright, moral rights, trade dress, and other laws regarding intellectual property rights. Except as explicitly detailed below, or under an agreement with AIG, no portion or element of this website, including Content and general design, may be copied, downloaded or used in any way without prior permission and knowledge of AIG. You shall indemnify AIG, its subsidiaries, affiliates and licensors against any losses, expenses, costs, or damages incurred by any or all of them as a result of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your unauthorized use of the Content and related rights.

Comp images

Clients and prospective clients of AIG may use comp (watermarked) images contained in the site for the purpose of finalizing page layouts or other such editorial planning, prior to final use of such Content purchased from the website. You may not use a comp image in any final materials distributed within your company or any materials distributed outside of your company or to the public or in any online or other electronic distribution system. You may not modify, alter, or remove any visible or electronic watermark, or disassemble, reverse engineer, or decompile any watermarked image. Except for this limited, internal evaluative use, AIG grants you no other rights, and you may not distribute, sublicense or make available for use or distribution any watermarked or comp images.

Privacy policy

The use of this website and the purchase of Content from AIG may require entry of certain information, including but not limited to, your name, address, phone number, and credit card number. Should any clause of these Terms and Conditions be found unenforceable, wherever possible this will not affect any other clause and each will remain in full force and effect.

Unauthorized uses

Images may not be used for any commercial use, or as a trademark or service mark, or for any pornographic use, unlawful purpose or use, or to defame any person, or to violate any person’s right of privacy or publicity, or to infringe upon any copyright, trade name, trademark, or service mark of any person/entity. Unauthorized use of any image constitutes copyright infringement and shall entitle AIG to exercise all rights and remedies under applicable copyright law, including an injunction preventing further use and monetary damages. Any failure by you to pay any amount when due, or any use by you of an image beyond the scope of the license set forth shall be a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You will indemnify and defend AIG against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, your failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of any Content, or any claim by a third party related to the use of this site or any image, alone or in combination with any other material.
